Shipping policy

At Elvena, we believe that shopping should be simple and hassle-free – that's why our delivery policy is transparent and clearly defined.

Delivery Area
Currently, we process orders only within Poland. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is completely free for all orders, regardless of the cart value.

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days from the moment payment is confirmed.

The delivery time usually takes 7-12 business days, depending on the location within Poland.

In exceptional cases (e.g., holidays, increased traffic, logistical conditions), the delivery time may extend up to 28 business days.

Once the shipment is dispatched, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number.

Courier Companies
We work with reliable logistics partners. Shipments may be delivered by different couriers depending on the location and availability of services.

Responsibility for Delivery
The customer is required to provide accurate and complete address information when placing the order.

Elvena is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

If the shipment is marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided when placing the order, it is considered successfully delivered.

In case of non-collection or return of the shipment to the sender due to reasons on the customer's side, re-shipment may involve additional costs.

Important Information
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

In case of unexpected delays, the customer will be notified by email.

Returns are processed in accordance with the return policy. Return costs are the customer's responsibility.

  4. Przelewy24 (P24) –  Online banking payment method in Poland. Your order will be dispatched as soon as the payment is confirmed.
