Right of Return

At Classy Baddy, our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, we offer you the option to return your order.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. After notifying us of the withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the products to us. We will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the return.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

• Tags and original packaging must be intact.

• If possible, include the order number or delivery note.

Exceptions
The following items are excluded from exchange:

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Hygiene items (e.g. earrings, underwear)

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method used for the order.
