Orders
Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations are only possible within a short timeframe. Please contact our customer service as quickly as possible at info@classybaddy.com so we can check what is still possible.
Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping is free for orders over €100 within the EU. For smaller orders, a small shipping fee applies (see our Shipping & Payment page for details).
Discount codes do not apply to sale items unless stated otherwise in the promotion.

Return & Refunds
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Returns from within the EU are at your own cost unless otherwise stated.
Register your return via our Returns page using your order number and email address. Include your packing slip in the parcel to ensure quick processing.
Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Returns after the 30-day period are only possible after prior approval from customer service and provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
