Shipping and Payment

Shipping to Germany
Shipping is handled by DHL.
For orders up to €100, we charge a flat fee of €3.95 for packaging and shipping.
Shipping is free for orders over €100.

We aim to ship your order within 5 working days after payment is received. The actual delivery time depends on the delivery service in Germany.

Returns from Germany must be sent back at your own expense unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping to Other EU Countries

Returns from other EU countries must be paid for by you or, if possible and practical, can be dropped off in Germany.

Payment Methods
The following payment options are available for your order:

1. Credit Card – Pay conveniently by credit card; we will ship your order as soon as the payment is recorded. (This is a service provided by PayPal, for which you do not need a PayPal account.)

2. Direct Debit – Pay conveniently by direct debit; we will ship your order as soon as the payment is recorded. (This is a service provided by PayPal, for which you do not need a PayPal account.)

3. Prepayment – After placing your order, you will receive an invoice and payment instructions by email. We will ship your order as soon as the payment has been received in our account.
